NIGERIAN LAND DEVELOPER MAKES HISTORY

A few months ago, a good friend of mine invited me to the ribbon cutting ceremony at Fiji Senior Living Center in south Dallas developed by a Nigerian businessman and i just want to tell yall a little about this man.

Mr.Jay Oji,through his company ,Sphinx development Corporation, made history for developing a 4 story,130 unit senior living center in the southern sector of Dallas,Texas.The complex has amenities of a luxury 5-star hotel and these inc,a sparkling swimming pool,a community center,fitness and wellness center and is the ideal residence for active seniors from the age of 55.

Breaking ground this Fall ,is a yet to be named US$6.8million development for a cancer center which is slated for completion in summer 2012 and also within the next few years,Sphinx development Corp,will build 50 townhomes,stores and restaurants and after all the projects are completed,this will be the biggest one stop development in the south Dallas.
